1/ Receipt of Furniture Order:

At Terria, we work with an external logistics service that handles the delivery directly, coordinating the most convenient day for you to receive it. If the furniture requires assembly, this service is included. We recommend being present on the day of assembly to check that the furniture is in good condition. If it arrives damaged, it is essential that you notify the logistics company so they can add it to their system and we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2/ Incidence:

It's possible that your piece of furniture may have been damaged, whether through use or an accident. In that case, we recommend contacting us at incidencias@terria.es so we can assess whether a solution is possible. If a solution exists, we'll offer a repair service at a reasonable cost so you can continue using your furniture for a long time.

3/ Stain on microcement:

If a stain has penetrated your microcement table, contact us and we will send you a quote for repair or the possibility of replacing the tabletop.
We will provide you with the most competitive price possible so that you can continue using your piece of furniture for a long time.
