It's a project that will always hold a special place in our hearts. We fell in love with the home from the start, and the great trust our clients placed in us allowed us to unleash all our ideas.
It has been a very "Terria" project creatively, in terms of the entire proposal for finishes, use of color, lighting designs, carpentry, and upholstery. This is especially evident in the details; we worked very closely with the trades, giving great importance to manual craftsmanship: lacquered handles, two-color enclosures, checkerboard baseboards, floor patterns, and the entrance mural. We feel very identified with the soul of this project and are happy with the result.

We carried out a conservative intervention, with significant work to restore existing elements such as staircases, carpentry, ceilings, and even some pieces of furniture like the display cabinet and the dining room sofa. Having great professionals and artisans was fundamental to preserving the identity of the place and achieving harmony between the original and the new interventions.
The kitchen is one of the main areas, designed together with the Vonna Estudio team, with minimalist furniture featuring marble details and a central wooden island. This room is crowned with a wonderful breakfast nook overlooking the garden, an ideal spot to enjoy long hours of tranquility.
The living room and dining room, completely connected, were subject to a thoughtful redistribution that adapts to the family's needs, creating fluid and relaxing environments.
The attic, despite the intervention being mostly decorative, has a very special charm; the wooden ceiling and existing carpentry stand out.
The indoor-outdoor relationship is very present throughout the project, reinforced by constant nods that bring the garden into the house: the mural at the entrance (Paul Anton), the wallpaper in the utility room (GPJ Baker) and the master bedroom wardrobes (Coordonné), the Floreo wall lamps in the dining room, the pendant lamps in the bathroom and dressing room...
Berta Sanz (Estudio del Paisaje) was responsible for all the exterior landscaping, giving structure and bringing to life the wonderful garden dotted with fountains and small cisterns, a space where nature and design coexist in total harmony.
